Sport Teams Accommodations Inc. is a unique business which arose from
identifying an acute need for a service that could provide Sport Teams and
Groups with an easy and efficient way of arranging their accommodation needs
when travelling to tournaments.
How We Do It ?
We also identified that this service would have to be free, as these teams
and groups were mostly self funding and responsible for their own costs.
We have therefore developed relationships with a large number of selected
hotels and travel providers that enables us to guarantee to our clients the
lowest available rates for their accommodation and in turn provide the hotels
with large blocks of rooms from one source, instead of a trickle of single room
bookings from multiple customers.

We also deal with all client inquiries, amendments, rooming lists on behalf
of the hotels, which serves to reduce the workload for hotel employees. It is not
unusual for us to have a requirement for several hundred rooms for a specific
tournament at which time we are able to secure preferential lower rates for the
participating teams. During High Demand Periods: weekends, long weekends and
during summer months, when rooms are in short supply in some cities, because
we can book blocks of rooms in advance, our advantage leads to your gain!
We also have the resources to negotiate competitive rates for all transport needs.

Where We Are
At present our advertising budget and expenditure is very low, simply because
so much of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Our business
plan for the near future is to have branch offices in Spokane WA, San Diego, Tucson,
Las Vegas, Vancouver and Winnipeg in addition to our existing offices in Calgary,
Edmonton, Red Deer, Prince George, Phoenix and our existing Head Office in
Kelowna BC.
